Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Commercial and Sales – Feasibility Manager to join our team! The Commercial and Sales – Feasibility Manager is responsible for evaluating the financial and operational viability of projects, ensuring alignment with market trends, and supporting the commercial and sales teams in achieving revenue targets. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling to guide decision-making and optimize project outcomes. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to ensure the success of real estate programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies for real estate projects, including financial modeling, cost estimation, and revenue forecasting.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and demographic data to assess project viability.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities associated with potential real estate developments or acquisitions.
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop pricing strategies, sales targets, and revenue projections.
- Support the creation of business cases for new projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide insights into market demand, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to inform project design and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify target markets, customer segments, and sales channels.
- Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates and revenue generation.
- Assist in the preparation of sales pitches, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Partner with development teams to ensure project designs meet market demands and financial objectives.
- Liaise with external consultants, brokers, and agencies to gather market intelligence and refine project strategies.
- Communicate feasibility findings and recommendations to senior management and investors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and economic factors.
- Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to refine feasibility models and improve project outcomes.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience:
- +15 years of experience in real estate feasibility, commercial strategy, or sales management.
- Proven track record of conducting feasibility studies and supporting successful real estate projects.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent understanding of real estate markets, trends, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, financial modeling software, and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
