Account Executive

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to manage and convert a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads. You will conduct 6–10 qualified sales calls per day with home-service business owners, guiding prospects through a consultative discovery process and closing them into $6k and $20k programs.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and consistent experience closing high-ticket offers in a fast-paced environment. As the primary closer, you will represent the brand with professionalism and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales & Discovery:
- Conduct 6–10 qualified inbound sales calls daily with warm prospects.
- Run structured discovery to identify needs, challenges, and fit.
- Demonstrate expertise and build trust with small-business and home-service owners.
High-Ticket Closing:
- Present and explain the company's $6k and $20k programs with clarity, confidence, and authority.
- Manage the entire consultative sales process from first call to close.
- Execute professional follow-up with open opportunities to move them toward enrollment.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and deal stages inside the CRM.
- Keep follow-up sequences active and ensure timely communication.
- Track call volume, conversions, and performance metrics daily.
Collaboration & Optimization:
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Provide feedback from sales conversations to strengthen objection handling, targeting, and offer positioning.
- Represent Ride The Wave with professionalism, credibility, and integrity.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($8k–$30k+) in coaching, consulting, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Proven ability to close $100k–$300k+ per month in high-ticket revenue.
- Experience handling 6–10 inbound calls per day while maintaining quality.
- Strong track record closing warm inbound leads over Zoom.
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based performance environment.
- Excellent discovery, objection handling, and value articulation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with home-service and small-business owners.
- Willingness to provide performance proof (metrics, call recordings, references).
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Experience selling digital marketing, lead generation, or recurring B2B services.
- Background working with trades, contractors, or blue-collar business owners.
- Formal sales training (Closer.io, RCA, Sandler, or similar).
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A High-Ticket Closer's day is focused on converting warm inbound leads through structured conversations and consistent execution. You will:
- Join 6–10 scheduled qualified sales calls each day with interested prospects.
- Conduct deep discovery to understand prospect goals and readiness.
- Present program options and guide prospects toward the best fit.
- Manage follow-ups and keep CRM records up to date.
- Review your metrics daily and optimize your approach for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and pipeline performance.
In short: You drive revenue by converting warm leads into high-ticket clients through expertise, empathy, and execution.
Key Metrics for Success (KPIs):
- 6–10 sales calls completed daily
- 15–25 meaningful conversations per week
- High-ticket revenue closed monthly: $100k–$300k+
- CRM compliance: 100% of calls and notes logged
- Consistent improvement in show rates, close rates, and follow-up conversions
