Charter Sales Executive (Luxury Travel) – Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Charter Sales Executive to sell private jet experiences to high-value clients. This is not a typical sales role. You'll be:

• Handling inbound charter requests
• Building relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Closing high-ticket deals in a fast-paced environment

If you're strong at sales + communication + relationship-building, this role has serious earning and growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Convert qualified inbound leads into booked flights
• Build strong client relationships (repeat business is key)
• Guide clients through the full booking process
• Communicate via: phone, email, Slack, WhatsApp
• Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
• Collaborate with team to ensure 24/7 coverage (rotational)

What We're Looking For (Flexible)

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and confidence
• Ability to build trust with clients quickly
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Willingness to be on-call (rotational schedule)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in: luxury sales, high-ticket closing
• Exposure to private aviation or travel industry
• Familiarity with Avinode
• Interest in private jets, travel, or high-end experiences
