We're looking for a proven B2B Sales Development Representative with strong cold-calling experience who can confidently book qualified meetings for our recruiting and staffing services. If you thrive in a structured, process-driven sales environment and know how to turn conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities include outbound prospecting, appointment setting, cold calling mastery, CRM management, objection handling, process adherence, and collaboration.
