Executive Sales Assistant

Payabl. empowers businesses to grow through payments innovation and banking services. Our ambition is to expand our strong portfolio of global financial services we provide to businesses and make them all available in one place on our platform we call payabl.one. As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts.

About the Role: The Executive Sales Assistant will be a critical partner to our Group Chief Growth Officer (GCGO), ensuring that every hour spent delivers maximum commercial impact. By owning meeting preparation, calendar orchestration, and commercial follow-through, you will enable the GCGO to focus on revenue-driving conversations and strategic growth initiatives.

This role sits at the heart of our commercial engine—bridging Sales, Product, Risk, Legal, and Customer Success. You will build structured briefs, coordinate bespoke collateral, manage time zones across EU/UK/MEA and ensure every commitment is tracked and delivered. Ultimately, your work will improve meeting quality, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen our executive presence with customers and partners.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate with discretion and urgency in a high-velocity environment.

Reporting to: Group Chief Growth Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

What You'll Do:

  • Create one-page briefs 48h prior to meetings, covering objectives, attendees, deal stage, merchant metrics (TPV, AOV, MCC/vertical, geos), current pricing, APM coverage gaps, risk posture, open tickets, and next steps.
  • Gather and reconcile inputs from CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), BI (Looker/Power BI), ticketing (Jira/Zendesk), and prior notes.
  • Coordinate tailored collateral (case studies, product one-pagers, pricing exhibits, integration paths).
  • Gatekeep and prioritize the CGGO's calendar: triage inbound requests, enforce prep SLAs, protect focus blocks, and manage time-zone logic across EU/UK/MEA/US.
  • Stack related meetings, pre-send agendas, and maintain a predictable rhythm for pipeline reviews, renewals, and executive syncs.
  • Join key calls to take structured notes, log commitments, capture risks and decision points, and update CRM/action trackers in real time.
  • Send follow-ups within 24h with decisions, deliverables, owners, and due dates.
  • Keep Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) current and track renewal/expansion cadences.
  • Ensure opportunities, contacts, next steps, and close dates are up to date in CRM.
  • Flag pipeline risks and coordinate RFP/RFI timelines with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
  • Plan route-optimized travel and anchor client meetings around conferences.
  • Pre-book prep slots and ensure logistics and collateral are ready ahead of trips.

Who You Are

You are a highly organized and commercially savvy operator who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. You are comfortable supporting senior executives, know how to prioritize across competing demands, and can distill detailed data into concise executive-ready insights. You combine attention to detail with a bias for action and always close the loop.

Key requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, executive assistant (sales/GTM), or revenue PMO roles.
  • Proven success in managing executive calendars and workflows across global time zones.
  • Strong commercial literacy (pipelines, pricing, AOV/TPV, MCCs, APM coverage, chargebacks).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create crisp one-pagers and clear follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce/HubSpot, Looker/Power BI, Jira/Zendesk, and productivity suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive commercial, contractual, and strategic information.

The perks of being a payabl.er:

  • Drive in Style: Enjoy the added perk of a company car, provided upon completing one year of employment—subject to performance and availability.
  • Future-Proof Your Finances: Jump on board, and after your probation period, we'll kickstart your Provident Fund.
