Responsibilities

  • Customer Support and Development: You are responsible for the long-term relationship management and development of our platform customers to optimally support their business goals with our payment solutions.
  • Product or Service Sales: Sales of SaaS products (B2B), card terminals, and services to new and existing customers (via email, phone, online meetings, and sometimes on-site).
  • CRM Maintenance: Documentation of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system to strengthen the relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: You regularly analyze the performance of your accounts and create meaningful reports and forecasts for management.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: You continuously monitor the market and trends in the payment sector to strengthen our competitive position.

Qualification

  • Sales Experience: Good knowledge in sales or customer service is advantageous to recognize sales opportunities and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and precisely both verbally and in writing, especially in customer consultation and internal communication.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Essential for handling inquiries, contracts, and documentation, as well as prioritizing tasks.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems to document customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Team Skills: Close cooperation with the sales team and other departments to support sales processes and achieve sales goals.
  • Independent and Structured Work: Ability to handle tasks independently and efficiently.
