Function: Pre-sales, Post-sales & Technical Coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales team with technical inputs during client pitches (WhatsApp Business API, SMS, Voice, RCS, etc.)
Coordinate with BSPs (Business Solution Providers), telcos, and partners (Meta, operators) for service enablement and approvals
Handle onboarding processes: template approvals, sender verification, API documentation, and integration support
Monitor uptime, platform health, and basic incident management with product/engineering teams
Assist in client training, UAT support, and post-sale configuration queries
Operator coordination, payment, PR generation etc
