As a sales assistant, you will play a decisive role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. We are now looking for a new star to join our team in the Luleå store! In the role of sales assistant, you will be involved in approximately 20 hours of work per week, with working hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends according to the store's needs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting our customers with product information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Work actively with various sales techniques to achieve sales goals.
• Handle cash transactions in a secure and accurate manner.
• Help with receiving, restocking, and maintaining order in the warehouse to ensure the store is always well-stocked.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing according to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to collectively reach the store's sales targets.
