Position Overview
The Account Executive plays a key role in driving customer activation by converting inbound and warm leads into active accounts. This person will engage directly with childcare center administrators, directors, and hiring managers, helping them understand Tandem's value, guiding them through setup, and ensuring they successfully post their first job.
