As a Part-Time Sales Development Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to both cold and warm business contacts (scripts provided)
• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive follow-ups
• Using CRM software to maintain organized records
• Scheduling web presentations and connecting prospects with the sales team
• Supporting the team by preparing and distributing sales/marketing materials
• Building and updating lead lists for campaigns

Key qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a positive, confident phone presence
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with outbound calls and following a sales process
• Familiarity with technology tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, Google, MS Office, CRM systems)
• Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

Education and experience:

• Open to all backgrounds — ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals looking for part-time hours
• Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but we will provide training

Salary:

• Part-time: A few hours per day (flexible scheduling available)
• Hourly rate: $18–$22/hour
