The Role at a Glance

This Data Analyst will consult, analyze, and deliver on more complex data analytics and metrics to support goals & objectives for their assigned areas of responsibility. They will also act as a resource to applicable internal and external stakeholders. They will identify more complex data patterns and trends and provide insights to enhance business decision making.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collects, interprets, and analyzes more complex data across their area of responsibility to support management decisions and improve inefficiencies.
  • Generates reports and aids in transforming base transactional data into meaningful information to drive informed dialog and strategy development with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintains an understanding of how the data contained in the various systems are utilized, and triangulate various aspects of the data into a usable format to support decision making.
  • Identifies and interprets more complex developments, variances, and trends; research inconsistencies/anomalies in the data and present findings to management.
  • Serves as a resource to advise management & business stakeholders on use of quality business analytics, tools, and methods to improve efficiency, accuracy, and interpretation of various business metrics.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves: 3-5+ years of data analytics, data mining, and/or reporting experience that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this position Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights, effectively influencing management and key stakeholders Analytical skills and close attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment

Nice-to-Haves: Prior Financial Services experience Prior experience with SQL Server, Tableau, and BI visualization tools Experience utilizing AI to enhance data analysis and insights
