Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000 -- $50,000 annually (based on experience) Commission: $25,000 -- $40,000 at plan On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 -- $90,000
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by managing customer relationships, qualifying sales opportunities, and closing new business. This role combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and account development while working closely with Outside Sales and internal teams to deliver high-quality ergonomic furniture solutions.
1--3 years of inside or B2B sales experience is a must Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Highly organized, competitive, and results-driven Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
