Responds to request for proposals (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and presentations. Develops other sales support materials to generate new business and retain clients across all business lines.

The jobholder works independently under limited supervision and requires substantial interaction with internal and external contacts to obtain pertinent information. The position serves in partnership with fellow employees as well as other members of the Sales Resource Team.

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Detail-oriented Experience multi-tasking and adherence to strict deadlines Superior verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with pertinent word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software Prior experience working independently and collaboratively Prior experience being highly flexible and adaptive to change Professional appearance Prior experience creating presentations and other sales proposal materials that pointedly respond to identified client needs Experience in proposal writing
Education and Experience Preferred:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) Industry certifications Minimum of 9 years' proposal writing experience Proven project management skills Proven time management skills Superior writing skills Self-starter with ability to recognize and implement new initiatives when needed Prior experience working with senior management Background in financial services, banking or investment management Solid understanding of financial industry products and services
