Not only will you assist in progressing the sales cycle by developing and delivering compelling, engaging presentations/demonstrations that showcase the Oracle Restaurants story, but you will also be able to clearly articulate Oracle product's strengths, benefits, competitive advantages, and overall value to our clients. Through designing, validating, and presenting Oracle software solutions, including advanced product capabilities, future direction, and 3rd party interfaces, you will be a critical piece in the success of growing our business in our direct and indirect channels. Our Solution Engineers provide our partners and clients with product direction and specialist knowledge in applying our technology to best meet their needs, while also communicating functional value and benefits. You will also be involved in educating our internal and external customers and partners on our products and applications through presentations, demonstrations, and storytelling.
Expert level knowledge of Simphony and Back of House applications. Develop innovative solutions utilizing the greater Oracle portfolio, such as Fusion, Netsuite, OCI, OAC, and Simphony Extensibility, taking full advantage of our AI capabilities. Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Oracle Restaurants solution, while mentoring and supporting the efforts of your teammates. Maintain account and opportunity updates within internal sales reporting tools. Manage and prioritize sales opportunities. Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle Restaurant's applications to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and "C" level executives. Identify, prioritize and document customer needs and/or requests to support Enablement and Education strategy and delivery. Assist sales leads in technical inquiries from customers. Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.
Minimum 5 years consumer industry experience required (Restaurants, Hotels, or Retail industry.) Minimum 5 years sales or presales experience preferred. 5+ years of Simphony applications experience preferred. Javascript, HTML5, and .NET coding experience desired. Comprehensive knowledge of POS systems and application design. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, requirements analysis, product positioning, and business justification. Ability to solution complex technical challenges for partners, resellers, and customers. BS degree or equivalent preferred.
