CSG Sales Executive Opportunity

Hi, I'm Juhi Banerjee, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background. You will report to the Director of Sales to generate new sales and add-on sales revenue through the creation of unique and compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning documents, and presentations that align CSG Forte with our customers' go-to-market strategies and that position CSG as the preferred provider in our target markets.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will:

• Utilize proven experience, established relationships, and an extensive network within the non-profit sector to source leads and secure partnerships with organizations aligned to our mission.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of prospective merchants and partners using Salesforce; contribute to accurate revenue forecasting.
• Serve as a representative of the organization at industry conferences and community events.
• Provide expert consultation to non-profit partners and stakeholders, showcasing CSG solutions tailored to their needs.
• Establish partner pricing models that ensure sustainability while adhering to card network regulations and guidelines.
• Guide partners through the onboarding process, including management of applications and required documentation.
• Conduct research into market trends and competitive landscape to highlight and strengthen our unique value proposition.
• Prioritize effective time management to consistently achieve goals and deadlines.
• Communicate proactively with management, particularly when issues arise that require escalation.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational offerings and deliver constructive feedback regarding additional tools or services that may enhance partner success.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Have 5+ years of experience in sales, with non-profit or mission-driven organizations.
• Are familiar with payment processing and have experience supporting non-profit merchant services.
• Are willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
