The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a part-time Sales Lead to help customers be their best-selves. You'll help us build loyalty and long-lasting relationships with our customers while creating an easy, personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include acting as a direct support for your management team, achieving and exceeding daily sales and productivity goals, building loyalty through personalized customer connections, efficiently processing customer transactions, mastering product knowledge, collaborating with a team of health enthusiasts, maintaining regular store maintenance, and being willing to perform additional duties as required. The ideal candidate has enthusiasm and ability to engage customers, a passion for the health & wellness industry, a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
