Job Summary: Responsible for developing sales strategies through analysis for the Product Sales Support Manager and makes recommendations that will maximize revenue and meet clients' needs. Provides analytical and statistical support and prepares analysis of sales forecasts, sales reports and analysis of variances versus budget forecast. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates sell-out levels and make proactive recommendations to maximize revenue from available inventory and in a manner that serves clients' needs.
  • Conducts analyses of inventory, rate and sales practices to develop sales product efficiencies.
  • Works with and advises the Manager on weekly rate cards based on inventory skims.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional management to develop, evaluate and recommend technical and systematic procedures that make process flow more efficient for the organization as a whole. Identifies problems and recommends solutions.
  • Partners with Sales Support Representatives to help facilitate the completion of accurate work. Provides oversight to overall sales support processes and offers necessary guidance.
  • Assists with the training and mentoring of new and existing Product Support Analysts on all sales related procedures and paperwork requirements.
  • Keeps abreast of sales strategies, trends, initiatives and best practices within the Company and competitive landscape.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Create high level process workflows and focus on the required actions to optimize the process.
  • Find areas of opportunity for automation to implement for improvements in productivity and performance.
  • Use analytical skills for problem solving and make informed decisions to influence and implement changes within the organization.
  • Document the required tasks for automation efficiency for all end users.
  • Troubleshoot through end user challenges for solutions and report operational issues.
  • Work collaboratively with Leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations of process launches and changes.
  • Prepares and presents readouts on areas of process optimization.
  • Provides guidance on solution options, risks, costs vs benefits and impact to business current processes and operations.
  • Analyze pipeline management processes for all Media Sales teams to identify bottlenecks. Recommend process improvement solutions via automation or process improvements.
  • Monitor/Advise on the progression of deals through the pipeline and how to use the metrics for areas of improvement.
  • Learn multiple systems and tools on how they work together for different sales entries.
  • Strong communication skills for any demoing/training needs.
  • Supports and promotes data integrity in all systems.
  • Audit and maintain all documentation related for process optimization.
  • Gathers feedback through various channels to increase optimization.

Salary: Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, and New York City with a Pay Range of $59,775.91 - $107,596.64 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
