Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for leading sales, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth in the fusible alloy-using customers. The Sales Representative will help drive sales for Bolton Metal Products Fusible Alloy products in the United States. These alloys are composed of Bismuth, Lead, Tin, Cadmium, and Indium. Forms include ingots, wires, rods, buttons, pellets, and more. This role will focus on expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment of sales goals and overall business objectives. The Sales Representative will utilize in-depth industry knowledge to identify new opportunities, refine pricing strategies, and enhance the company's competitive position.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new market segments, product opportunities, and geographic expansion strategies.
- Set annual sales goals, budgets, and performance targets, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue objectives.
Business Development & Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Oversee key account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Along with Management will negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new technologies in chemical manufacturing.
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and operations teams to ensure product offerings meet market needs.
- Provide input into product development and innovation initiatives based on customer feedback and market demands.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on sales metrics, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities.
- Oversee CRM usage and data integrity to support decision-making and account management.
