Cenero is actively seeking an assertive, confident, ambitious problem-solver as their next Senior Service Sales Specialist. This is a "hunter" role, needed to establish new business relationships, and continue the process of differentiating ourselves from our competitors. The ideal salesperson must be able to demonstrate a high level of skill in identifying and closing top decision-makers within Fortune 1000 companies, preferably with multiple office locations. A proven track record in prospecting-via networking and participation in various industry groups and straight cold-calling is a major plus. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to find, manage and maintain service clients, be entrepreneurial-minded, and be a'strategic thinker that is able to provide the best possible solutions for our clients.
Develop new business while applying full-cycle methodologies and tools including, identification, qualification, positioning, competitive analysis, and closing
Manage and grow existing accounts using exceptional sales and relationship building skills
Ability to dig deep and uncover the goals of an organization and fully explain how our clients might be able to help them achieve those goals
Responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations at a "C" level
Develop new leads through call calling and networking as well as working with fellow team members
Prepares activity, referrals, and opportunity reports
Effectively communicates and documents activities
Other responsibilities as assigned
College degree required in a related field or equivalent experience
Must have 5 plus years of successful software, service, or managed service sales at the Enterprise level
Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs
Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer is required
Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
Familiarity with audiovisual solutions is preferred
Accurate and timely forecasting
Challenger Sales Training is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
Superior time management and problem-solving skills
Possess the ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record for 3+ years.
