Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay: $23.00/hour, weekly pay Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities for Sales Support Specialist:

• Enter and manage export orders in the AS400 system (training provided)
• Verify product allocations and coordinate shipments with internal departments
• Respond to customer and internal team emails regarding order status and documentation
• Collaborate with Market Managers, Logistics, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth processing
• Prepare and request required export certifications
• Ensure compliance with country-specific export requirements and U.S. regulations
• Work closely with logistics to book shipments, track progress, and ensure accurate invoicing
• Support all internal processes from order creation through shipment and billing

Job Requirements for Sales Support Specialist:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and focus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
