The role of Sales Ops involves piloting the integration of new clients, coordinating commercial tools and processes, and ensuring the documentation and optimization of internal practices.

Tasks

1. Onboarding Of New Clients

  • Manage the integration of new clients on our tools (Sendcloud, Shippingbo,..)
  • Ensure the coordination between commercial and operational teams for an optimal launch of new partnerships.
  • Centralize and process client requests during the establishment of the partnership.

2. Management And Optimization Of The CRM

  • Ensure the update and rigorous maintenance of the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Structure and organize the CRM to effectively meet the needs of different business units.
  • Design dashboards to track and analyze commercial performance.

3. Coordination And Adoption

  • Promote optimal CRM adoption by coordinating the teams of different business units.
  • Act as a point of reference for all questions related to the use of the CRM.

4. Documentation Of Processes

  • Develop a "commercial bible" bringing together all processes and best practices.
  • Review the different client onboarding processes.

Required Skills

Analytical and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of the main CMS (example: Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and OMS (example: SendCloud, Shippingbo, etc.).
  • Expertise in managing data and flows (data flows).
  • Ability to structure systems and processes (CRM, workflows).
  • Ability to design clear and efficient frameworks.

Collaborative and relational skills

  • Excellent ability to coordinate inter-functional teams.
  • Team spirit and ability to foster collaboration between services.
  • Active listening to understand the needs of new clients.
  • Ability to establish a climate of trust in exchanges.
  • Prioritization of customer satisfaction and relationship.

Profile Sought:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Team spirit: You are proactive, positive, and actively contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Rigor: Sense of detail and respect for deadlines.
  • Pedagogy: Ability to transmit knowledge and instructions in a clear and structured manner.
