We're hiring a Workplace Region Account Manager to lead and grow our Workplace channel across the West Region. This individual will drive cross-functional strategy and execution across PepsiCo's entire portfolio—partnering with teams in healthcare, business & industry, and higher education.
This role will be both strategic and customer-facing—serving as a key support and insights arm to our frontline sales team and helping us win in a dynamic and fast-growing segment.
Segment Growth & Strategy
Lead growth and development of the Workplace segment across the Region
Partner with Region Director, Account Sales Mgrs.and Market District Mgrs.to prioritize and execute plans against development opportunities
Expand customer base and deliver annual growth targets
Conduct Joint Business Planning with key healthcare networks, universities, and workplace locations
Customer & Relationship Management
Build and strengthen relationships at all customer levels to foster loyalty and partnership
Influence senior-level stakeholders including Regional VPs, District Managers, and administrators (e.g., Entegra Regional Acct Mgrs.)
Demonstrate strong understanding of the healthcare channel and manage multiple accounts and management companies
Collaboration & Execution
Align with PBC Healthcare National Account Sales Mgrs. and local Workplace Key Account Mgrs. to develop and launch execution strategies, including:
Promotional calendars (e.g., National Oatmeal Month, Heart Healthy Month)
Innovation launches and blitz campaigns
Coordinate execution across all hospital segments (e.g., servery, kiosks, patient feeding, vending)
Sales Enablement & Tools
Serve as a resource for field sales teams—enhancing selling skills and executional capabilities
Share industry updates (e.g., nutritional legislation, PHA)
Develop and deploy new selling tools and techniques
Create and manage the Region's executional calendar
Build and maintain scorecards to track performance and share best practices
