L4 Citizen Development Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as L4 Citizen Development Specialists. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are passionate about building scalable automation solutions, transforming data, and driving operational excellence. You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and sustaining citizen development tools that enhance business processes across PFNA TPM.

Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and deploy citizen development solutions using Python and other relevant technologies.
2. Automate business processes and transform data using Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
4. Integrate solutions with existing systems and APIs to ensure seamless operations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Ensure sustainability and scalability of deployed solutions through documentation and support.
7. Monitor and optimize operational workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
8. Maintain high attention to detail and apply logical thinking to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in operations, automation, programming, and operations management.
• Knowledge in Python, especially for automation and data transformation tasks.
• Working knowledge in advanced Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Good to have experience in Power BI or any related reporting tool.
• Good to have experience in any database.
