What could your first experience look like? You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up through a robust onboarding program. Our Sales Leadership Programs span a wide breadth of experiences in several divisions across PepsiCo Canada. By demonstrating proven results and leadership skills in our new grad program, you will be uniquely qualified for future people leadership opportunities within PepsiCo Canada.

Responsibilities:
Gaining in market experience to learn the business from the ground up
Utilizing your problem-solving skills to grow volume, revenue and profitability
Influencing and collaborating with the AFH team, key accounts and customers to meet consumer demands within your territory
Utilizing your entrepreneurial spirit to own all aspects of your territory and grow your business
Prospecting and acquiring new Away From Home accounts using customized selling tools, data & the latest technology
Build current business base by responding to customer calls and resolving issues
Convert local and national business accounts, while leveraging our custom marketing tools & equipment
Identify and align internal resources required to support account execution
Provide superior customer service
Utilizing our suite of data analytics to identify new volume opportunities and close any distribution gaps of our products
Ensure Merchandising standards are executed in all accounts
Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
Monitor and report on competitive activity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree completed between August 2022 - August 2025
Strong leadership, passion and a desire to make an impact!
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational skills, as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
Highly driven and self-motivated with a competitive spirit
Competitive and team-oriented focus with a winning attitude
Must have access to a reliable vehicle
Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean record
