Sales Student Opportunities

Sales Coop: Take on a 4- or 8-month coop term with our Sales team! You will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers.

Sales New Grad Leadership Program: You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up through a robust onboarding program which equips you with the knowledge and skills to become a great leader in the organization. The perfect way to kick off your amazing career at PepsiCo after you graduate.

Qualifications

The qualifications for each role will vary however here are some important qualifications that are required for all roles:

• Competitive and team-oriented focus with a winning attitude
• A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule
• Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean record
• Reliable and consistent access to a personal vehicle
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive
