Responsibilities

The opportunity

The role is responsible for leading various projects and initiatives related to the improvement of commercial management in the company's different channels, reporting to the leader of Commercial Processes.

Your impact

- Provide visibility and analyze the main commercial management indicators of our distributors (sell out, coverage, effectiveness, etc.).

- Manage monthly the cross-channel commercial structure report.

- Lead the "Dynamo" commercial excellence program in the country for the different channels, following up and implementing potential improvements.

- Collaborate on the "Career to Excellence" incentive program and team recognitions.

- Follow up and support in the process of liquidations and bonuses, ensuring correct execution.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Systems Engineering or related fields.

- At least 1 year of experience in Commercial, Business Intelligence, Management Control, Operations or related areas.

- Effective communication skills and teamwork.

- Leadership with multifunctional teams.

- Intermediate English proficiency.

- Advanced level of proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
