Responsibilities
The opportunity
- Coordinate the operation of the sales force digital tools (My Business+, BDR Tool and interaction with legacy systems) in Colombia, ensuring the alignment between the different local teams and the sector, to guarantee the continuity of the digital sales model.
- Ensure the design and implementation of the digital model processes.
- Provide service to the sales team (DTS) in the continuity of the operation of My Business+
- Support in the definitions of the BDR tool: objectives, customer information and tasks.
- Coordinate and follow up on model initiatives.
Your impact
- Support the establishment, follow-up and settlement of commercial and digital objectives for the sales force compensation model.
- Structure and follow up on the activities required for new digital model initiatives (Pilots)
- Support the establishment, follow-up and settlement of commercial and digital objectives for the sales force incentive plans (Career to Excellence).
- Alignment and delivery of tools and processes related to BDR management systems.
- Support the update and implementation of the Dynamo management model for digital sales.
- Ensure the activation of commercial initiatives (Portfolio changes, innovations, customer engagement strategies and PoS segmentation) in collaboration with GBS.
- Support the definition, deployment and operation of digital processes and tools for the sales team (BDR, executors, supervisors and managers).
- Alignment in the design and documentation of the digital sales model processes, including: key activities, responsible parties and SLA.
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement, impact and incidences of the digital model.
- Accompaniment in the structuring and implementation of training and development programs for the sales force (Frontline and supervisors).
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and related fields.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in sales or commercial areas in high turnover consumer goods companies (FMCG).
- Preferred experience in commercial partnerships.
- Advanced English required.
- Data analysis and project execution skills.
- Knowledge of processes (preferably).
- Problem-solving capacity.
- Communication and relationship-building skills.
