Responsible for compiling and sending various reports to the Sales Manager and Sales Operation to help management make forecasts, plans, and decisions to support the business plan of the region. Responsible for calculating monthly/quarterly/annual salaries/bonuses of DCR and NPP and supporting regional administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Compile reports: - Compile regular reports as required by the region/company to ensure accuracy and timeliness: sales/volume reports; inventory reports; OR reports; updated PDR data reports for the sales team; quarterly S3 bonus implementation reports for DCR… - Perform other reports as requested by the region/company.2. Perform salary and bonus calculations and support payments for DCR and NPP - Compile, review, and propose approval for remote sub-route support for DCR. - Compile, review, and propose approval for monthly exceptional overtime for DCR. - Compile monthly DCR termination reports. - Compile metrics and perform monthly/quarterly/annual salary/bonus calculations for DCR, recover salary/bonus receipts from NPP monthly to the Accounting Payment Department (confirmation table, invoice)… - Compile metrics and perform monthly post-payment support calculations for NPP, recover monthly support receipts from NPP to the Accounting Payment Department (confirmation table, invoice)…3. Perform regional administrative tasks: - Assist in processing NPP inventory adjustments on DMS, assist in clearing NPP inventory on DMS for liquidated NPPs…- Perform monthly S&D cost accruals (DCR and NPP salaries/bonuses)- Assist with other administrative issues as requested by the region.
Qualifications:
