Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Perceptyx, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with large enterprise prospects to:

  • Effectively position Perceptyx's portfolio of products to solve business problems & drive positive outcomes
  • Generate new business revenue growth
  • Exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
  • Negotiation: Proven negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales deals.
  • Strategic Thinking: The capacity to think strategically, understand market trends, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts and sales activities simultaneously.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using it to make data-driven decisions and develop sales strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • History of hitting or exceeding sales targets QoQ

Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year)

Work Experience: 8-10 years.
