✨ About The Role
- The Inside Sales Consultant will work with warm leads to convert them into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls
- Responsibilities include inspiring small business owners to grow their businesses with the company's suite of Digital Marketing Solutions
- The role involves conducting needs analysis to determine the best way to help prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges
- Closing business with new customers on a daily basis is a key part of the job
- The position offers a starting base pay of $24-26/hr CAD with on-target commission earnings of $20,000 for hitting the minimum quota, and commissions are not capped
âš¡ Requirements
- Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant and successful sales experience, with a strong passion for helping small businesses succeed
- They should be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives, with exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in French is a plus for this role
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be energetic, and have a genuine desire to empower small businesses
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset is essential for success in this position
