Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
- Interact with a high volume of customers daily to process orders, answer questions, and help with overall needs
- Maintain knowledge of our services and products
Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative:
- 2+ years of recent customer service or sales experience
- Flexible schedule required - ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Call Center experience preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual Highly Desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent
