- Responsible for closing new business opportunities to drive growth across Australia and soon across APAC
- Work with Mid-Market and Corporate Customers, consult with key stakeholders, and align business challenges with relevant Perkbox products
- Collaborate with an SDR team to target ideal customers and build a deal pipeline
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Put together presentations, tenders, and pitches to manage a long-term pipeline that delivers results

- Experienced sales professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with others effectively over various mediums
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative to explore creative ways to connect with prospects
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, Gong, and Salesforce (or another CRM)
