Join Our Dynamic Marketing Teams. We seek individuals with strong teamwork, analytical prowess, and a solution-oriented mindset. During the 14-week Sales Internship, you will take the lead on projects aimed at enhancing the career growth of our Sales team through various training and development endeavors.

Scope of the Role

  • Training Development: Create and update training materials, presentations, and other resources.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness and track progress.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work on cross-functional training and development initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with training coordination, scheduling, and communication.

Experience Required

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in industrial psychology, communication, organizational leadership, or learning technology.
  • Strong enthusiasm for any of the following facets of adult learning: such as analyzing organizational behavior, conducting training and development, overseeing change management, and/or enhancing organizational development.
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Interest in multi-media tools to assist with training delivery.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing tight timelines, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Demonstrate outstanding judgment, follow-through, diligence, and personal accountability.
  • Ability to take initiative and produce outstanding deliverables.
  • Opportunities to facilitate talent development activities.

Additional Considerations

  • Positions available in Grand Rapids and Allegan, Michigan – ability to work at both locations is advantageous.
  • Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
  • Selected interns must be present for the full 14-week duration of the Summer Aspire Program.
