Transition Care Sales Representative

Our innovative and rapidly growing national mail order pharmacy seeks a detail driven, organized, and energetic Transition Care Sales Representative.

With no added charges, our pharmacy does more for patients. We provide free delivery of pre-sorted medications in personalized dose packs (instead of bottles) that are labeled with the patient's name, drug name, dosage and time day that the patient should take them - so that it's easy to take the right medications at the right time, every time.

The Transition Care Sales Representative will be responsible for the following, daily tasks:

1. Establish and build rapport by contacting patients who are ready to leave or who have recently left a patient care center / facility
2. Introduce self and review the role they will play in getting the patient their upcoming order to review the profile received from the patient care center they are leaving or have just left
3. Arrange delivery of the patient's next order - second fill
4. Contact patients to keep them informed about their next order and answer their questions
5. Work closely with other team members who are preparing the patient's next order to make sure it gets to the patient on time - ie: manage caller queue tasks
6. Assist with handoff to Personal Care Coordinator for future orders
7. Communicate with team members about any issues that require input from others (e.g., pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, billing and insurance specialists)

Requirements:

• Education - College (preferred)
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working with customers - making/receiving calls, resolving and documenting issues
• Computer proficiency

Salary - base of up to $40,000.00 depending on experience plus bonus/commissions based on performance with a total compensation of $50,000.00. Our work culture provides rapid advancement!
