Sales Representative

Achieves the established goals for the district/area such as sales, market share, doctors calls.

Listens and responds appropriately to customer needs, and maintain positive impression

Maintains the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge

Uses accurate communication proper medical terminology

Plans and organizes daily sales call activities

Develops and implements alternate operating plans to achieve objectives accordingly, taking daily decision after weighing alternatives and their consequences

Works under daily direction of the District Manager, and closely with other field force rep.

Cooperates with various headquaters departments when necessary

Maintains a positive working relationship with external contacts

Trilingual ability

Medical degree

Computer skills is a must

Knowledge in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing

Interpersonal skills and flexibility

Consistent with Pfizer's core values

Ability to communicate fluently with people outside

Reporting skills

Demonstrates commitment tenacity through work activity (territory cover, number of physicians called, sample dropped ,,)

Maintains a high sense of urgency to complete objectives and projects in time

Shows initiatives and creativity skills

Handles tools to well manage his mission (reporting sheets, plans coverage, track consumer Tracks budget expenses, shedule routine servicing responsibilities )

Displays confidence and optimism in all interactions

Tolerates on field adversity effectively and build credibility (treats all poeple in a friendly respectful manner )

Responds to questions and objections effectively based on accurate knowledge

Understands and uses tools/data provided by Pfizer

Continues to expand technical mastery

Understands the national and local medical community
