Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern, you will need to be highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of drawing insights from data. For all the work we put into building the world's leading consumer products, it means nothing if we can't sell them to our customers. You can help us there!

Internships at P&G usually last 6 months and imply responsibilities from Day 1 – you will lead at least one or several ambitious business projects. Your manager will coach you and ensure you get a dedicated training program and many other learning opportunities.

What Can You Expect?

  • You will be externally focused, partnering with key national retail chains and/or online retailers.
  • You will understand clients' and shoppers' needs. Your contributions to meetings with clients will be essential to our success.
  • You will collaborate with other P&G Sales managers to co-develop business plans and get prepared for external negotiations.
  • You will make commercial recommendations for a variety of brands known worldwide.
  • You will improve P&G's sales by suggesting strategic choices. You will work alongside the leaders from different departments such as Brand Management, Finance, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary 500 000 KZT gross
  • Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 35 000 KZT net

Job Qualifications

  • The job requires you to be based in Almaty (or you should be ready to move to Almaty with the company's support)
  • Final-year bachelor students, any year master's or PhD students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI would be a competitive advantage
  • Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
