Regional Sales Representative 80%-100% (Bern)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality customer conversations with defined customer groups. Also use digital media (e-detail, 1:1 emails, etc.)
- Work on the defined target group in a market-appropriate manner, maintaining the frequency of contacts to build and strengthen trust.
- Implement current sales and marketing strategies.
- Organize and conduct regional doctor meetings and training events.
- Responsibility for regional promotional budgets to support medical events and sponsorships.
- Participate and provide customer support at national specialist conferences.
- Independently analyze regional market data.
- Collaborate and support the product specialist as well as marketing and medical.
- Report sales activities in CRMS.
Profile:
- Training in the paramedical field (pharmacist, pharmacy assistant, medical practice assistant, physiotherapist, laboratory technician, nurse) or a university degree in the field of natural sciences.
- Federal diploma of pharmaceutical representative or SHQ.
- Experience in the vaccine area and/or experience in the specialist area.
- Several years of experience as a pharmaceutical consultant for general practitioners or pediatricians in the region.
- Native German speaker. You have good English skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, act responsibly, flexible, enjoy working in a team.
