Regional Sales Representative 80%-100% (Bern)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality customer conversations with defined customer groups. Also use digital media (e-detail, 1:1 emails, etc.)
  • Work on the defined target group in a market-appropriate manner, maintaining the frequency of contacts to build and strengthen trust.
  • Implement current sales and marketing strategies.
  • Organize and conduct regional doctor meetings and training events.
  • Responsibility for regional promotional budgets to support medical events and sponsorships.
  • Participate and provide customer support at national specialist conferences.
  • Independently analyze regional market data.
  • Collaborate and support the product specialist as well as marketing and medical.
  • Report sales activities in CRMS.

Profile:

  • Training in the paramedical field (pharmacist, pharmacy assistant, medical practice assistant, physiotherapist, laboratory technician, nurse) or a university degree in the field of natural sciences.
  • Federal diploma of pharmaceutical representative or SHQ.
  • Experience in the vaccine area and/or experience in the specialist area.
  • Several years of experience as a pharmaceutical consultant for general practitioners or pediatricians in the region.
  • Native German speaker. You have good English skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, act responsibly, flexible, enjoy working in a team.
