As a Senior Manager in Accenture's Lead-to-Cash (L2C) practice within Song Sales & Commerce, you will shape, sell, and deliver enterprise-scale commercial and revenue operations transformations, with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C). You will operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, helping clients modernize how Sales, Pricing, Contracts, Order Management, Billing, AR, and Cash Collection work together to accelerate revenue, improve customer experience, and optimize cash outcomes. This role goes beyond traditional finance-led O2C transformations. You will bring a front-office, customer-centric lens, ensuring O2C capabilities are tightly aligned with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Revenue Operations to drive growth, margin, and liquidity at scale.
Advise C-suite and senior executives across Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance on end-to-end Lead-to-Cash and O2C strategy
Shape transformation roadmaps balancing revenue acceleration, customer experience, and cash optimization
Lead executive workshops, steering committees, and board-level discussions
Own and lead large-scale programs across Order Management, Billing & Invoicing, AR, Payments, Disputes, and Cash Collection
Ensure seamless integration between front-office (CRM, CPQ, Contracts) and back-office (ERP, Billing, Finance)
Define and operationalize global O2C operating models across regions and business units
Lead technology-enabled transformations involving ERP, Billing, AR, CPQ, CRM, and O2C automation platforms
Drive adoption of automation, analytics, and AI-enabled O2C capabilities
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing global teams
Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, proposals, and executive pursuits

Strong front-office and customer-facing experience beyond finance
Experience advising senior executives and leading enterprise change
5+ years of prior consulting experience with accountability for delivery and growth
