Outer Seaways (a subsidiary of EMSI, Inc.) is seeking a Sales Manager for business development and operational support as needed for a small freight forwarding/NVOCC business in Center City Philadelphia. This role will report to the company's president. We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial candidate to manage existing relationships and develop new accounts. Candidates must have extensive experience in logistics and/or freight forwarding. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the company's freight forwarding and NVOCC business. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving revenue and volume targets across all modes of transport—sea, air, and land.
