This is a full-time, remote career opportunity available within Fulton Bank's five-state footprint of PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, or DC. The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive sales effectiveness, planning, and strategic growth. This role supports the Company's Sales Enablement and Sales Planning strategies by developing and maintaining advanced reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Salesforce CRM Analytics Studio and Tableau, with a primary focus on empowering frontline sales teams and guiding leadership decisions. By improving data accessibility, consistency, and literacy, this role ensures that leaders and sales teams have the trusted information they need to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. Will be required to attend in-person meetings at Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster, PA six times per year.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range for this position is $79,100.00 - $131,800.00 annually. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
