Your Opportunity: Clinical Sales and Application Specialist – Enterprise Informatics
In this role, you have the opportunity to ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions as well as serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation.
This person will also deliver clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution.
This person will directly report to the EI Business Development Manager.
You are responsible for:
- Pre-sale support for all EI products and solutions
- Develops tailored educational resources and training materials designed for specific clinical specialties and user roles, collaborating closely with customers to enhance proficiency and maximize the value derived from Philips' clinical solutions.
- Adapts Philips' array of clinical applications to diverse healthcare settings, ensuring tailored configurations that optimize functionality and usability according to specific clinical requirements, working under general supervision.
- Analyzes intricate clinical workflows and operational procedures with meticulous detail, conducting thorough assessments to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancing the application's impact on patient care and operational efficiency.
- Applies advanced clinical and technical knowledge to provide authoritative guidance and support, facilitating seamless integration and effective utilization of Philips' solutions across various healthcare environments.
- Assesses complex customer needs through in-depth consultations and detailed needs analysis, developing customized implementation strategies that align closely with clinical goals and organizational objectives.
- Communicates technical and clinical concepts with clarity and precision to diverse audiences, delivering comprehensive training sessions, demonstrations, and presentations that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of Philips' products and services.
- Completes thorough documentation and detailed reports related to application implementations and support activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in project management and outcomes.
- Complies meticulously with project timelines and milestones, orchestrating flawless execution of implementation plans and delivering on commitments to uphold customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Documents all customer interactions and support activities comprehensively within CRM systems, leveraging analytical insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and elevate overall customer satisfaction levels.
- Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment
- Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.
- Document workflow analysis and configuration changes
- Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions
- Coaches and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions
- Customer engagement, logging ticket and resolving clinical and application issues
- Analyzes the customer's existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing and documentation
- Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.
You are a part of:
Driving clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating services teams on emerging clinical issues.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Experience from hospital as well as corporate is good to go
- 5-8 years' experience in the medical device or clinical setting (hospitals/corporate)
- CT and MRI experience is a must (clinical – hospital experience or corporate – ex. GE, Siemens, or Distributor); corporate experience preferred but clinical background is a must
- The role should be based in Hanoi is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge and experience in hospital workflow, client and stakeholder management required
- PACS experience would be an advantage
- Experience in building and maintaining strong external and internal relationships is a must
- Excellent organizational skills, written and oral presentation skills with the ability to present to multiple audiences
- Take ownership on Customer Feedback Solutions to focus on good customer relations and brand imaging
