Modality Sales Specialist Leader

The Modality Sales Specialist Leader is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of sales plans for designated product modalities, driving substantial revenue growth and market expansion. The role leverages deep clinical and technical product and industry knowledge and market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and exceeding sales targets.

The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, defines and implements business policies, pricing strategies, and product configurations to optimize market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Your role:

  • Drive sales strategies for assigned product modalities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Lead talent management, including hiring, performance, career development, and succession planning.
  • Partner with Account Teams to achieve service sales targets, optimize customer engagement, and identify new opportunities.
  • Mentor and empower Modality Sales Specialists, providing clinical and technical expertise to support complex deals.
  • Define business policies, pricing strategies, and product configurations in line with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine sales tools, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Review forecasts, manage opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to maintain a strong competitive edge.
  • Champion continuous improvement through Lean practices, fostering efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, corporate policies, and ethical practices.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Biomedical or IT Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 8 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Development, Clinical Sales, Service or equivalent.
  • Proven Track Record of Solution design, Sales support, Sales Delivery and team management in Medical and/or Health IT solutions Market
