Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Assists the sales team by coordinating essential administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, tracking delivery schedules for timely fulfillment, organizing and optimizing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management and enhance customer engagement. Updates and maintains comprehensive sales documentation, ensures meticulous handling of sales orders for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and records data based on information received, ensuring all entries are accurate and submitted within required timeframes. Helps to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CRM database, verifies pricing accuracy, contract terms, and other sales-related documents, regularly updating customer profiles and interactions to support personalized sales strategies. Handles customer inquiries promptly and professionally, assists in resolving routine to moderately complex processes within established procedures, applying methodologies, analysis tools, and techniques relevant to the role. Analyzes sales data and market trends to generate actionable insights and reports, supports in the research of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion. Supports the creation of engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and comprehensive proposals to aid in the sales process from initial contact to closure, compiles data for reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to facilitate reviews and planning sessions. Collects market and competitor data to support strategic sales initiatives and competitive positioning, helps troubleshoot technical and operational issues with product offerings and processes requests for product information, pricing, and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer and internal inquiries. Populates and manages sales support tools and resources with up-to-date product specifications, pricing, and promotional materials to facilitate effective sales campaigns. Coordinates and executes tasks with adherence to detailed guidelines and short cycles, maintaining operational efficiency, while working autonomously and setting priorities based on general guidelines, developing a deep understanding of the job to apply knowledge and skills effectively with minimal supervision. Assists in preparing ad-hoc improvement activities to enhance processes within defined boundaries and analyzes simple malfunctions using detailed work instructions to promptly identify and resolve issues, ensuring process integrity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Works collaboratively with team members to enhance departmental performance by sharing best practices and providing support, while also assisting in hardware and software renewal projects by performing tasks accurately and on time to ensure successful completion.

Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education. Preferred Skills: Administrative Support, Data Entry, Data Management, Documentation & Reporting, Recordkeeping, Regulatory Compliance, Document Auditing, Sales Acumen, Market Research & Analysis, Operational Excellence Methodologies.
