Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our commercial operations by preparing and managing customer quotes, coordinating approvals, and ensuring seamless order processing.

Your role:

• You'll be responsible for preparing quotes for private customers and distributors based on Key Account Managers' requests.
• You'll work closely with internal functions to gather and validate information, coordinate quote approvals using dedicated tools, and support order placement activities.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a bachelor's degree (BA).
• You bring 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the medical devices industry.
• You possess strong communication, presentation, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• You're quick to learn new concepts and processes, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
