Senior Sales Manager
We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in the Phoenix office. This role is critical to scaling the team from 17 to 24 design consultants and maintaining strong sales performance in a one-call-close environment. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in home improvement sales and a track record of motivating teams to exceed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of 24 design consultants with support from an Assistant Sales Manager.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and daily lead assignments based on geography and performance.
- Monitor KPIs including gross and net closing percentages; ensure team maintains >25% close rate.
- Participate in ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching.
- Be accessible during appointment windows (9am, 1pm, 6pm) and available by phone until 10pm; Saturdays until 4pm.
- Oversee hiring decisions once trained and onboarded.
- Maintain high morale and recognize top performers regularly.
MUST HAVE experience within Home renovation's, Pools, or home improvement sales and management.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix, AZ.
