Sr. Sales Executive

Automated Logic is looking for a Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing team! If you are looking for a role that combines your technical skills, sales experience, and passion for customers, then we have a great opportunity for you. We are seeking a high-energy, motivated technical sales professional to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers.

Key responsibilities include managing and growing assigned territory or group of accounts of product offerings, achieving annual sales and gross margin targets, developing long-term relationships and building partnerships with assigned accounts, performing take-offs and bid projects, driving specifications towards all ALC offerings, applying technical knowledge and experience to write project specifications and proposals, utilizing sales tools effectively, generating a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline, collaborating and communicating effectively with internal staff, developing relationships and collaborating with other Sales Engineers, acting as the customers' advocate in the interactions, attending and presenting at trade shows, participating in professional organizations, and representing ALC as a leader in local industry associations.

The basic qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of sales experience with HVAC or HVAC controls, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or related field, expert technical experience with HVAC controls, ability to value engineer control designs with alternative solutions, proficiency in Microsoft 360 applications, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and being a team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects.
