Pico is currently seeking candidates for the role of Junior Sales Director. The role requires being a content expert in all services provided by Pico as well as having strong project management and time management skills, attention to detail, outstanding oral and written communication skills, and someone that thrives within a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a self-driven sales support with outstanding sales acumen, laser focused pipeline management and a keen awareness of industry trends as they relate to our clients as well as someone that can deliver top quality services and support for our existing clients in region to grow the business with them.
This position will report to Pico's Head of Sales, AMRS. The role offers direct interaction with various clients in the financial market space from Global Tier 1 investment banks to sophisticated latency sensitive trading clients, market makers and other technology vendors in addition to internal sales engineering and client delivery staff.

This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certification. New York Pay range $100,000 - $140,000 USD
