Pico is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our enterprise business across the global financial market's ecosystem within AMRS, EMEA, & APAC. This role focuses on lead generation and pipeline development across both existing strategic accounts and new logo prospects, including banks, hedge funds, market makers, exchanges, and trading technology firms. Working closely with Senior Sales Leaders and Marketing, the BDR will identify new opportunities, build stakeholder intelligence across target organizations, and generate qualified leads for the enterprise sales team.
This is a hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certification.
New York Pay range
$75,000 - $90,000 USD
