Your Mission

The top priority of the employee is to achieve the set sales target, gain new POS, and optimize the brand image.

The employee regularly analyzes sales results and continuously optimizes their approach and the respective customer segments, which can be adapted within product strategies.

Analysis of current market development – possibly market research tasks can also be carried out as part of the activity (observation of the market and competitors).

Sell-out development through individual (annual) action plans through targeted category management in analysis and conception initiation, agreement, implementation, and activation of POS conversion and updating measures.

Continuous expansion of brand presence at POS development and implementation of customer loyalty measures.

Provision of product-specific and sales-promoting knowledge and information on new marketing measures, product launches, and regular sales promotion activities.

Development of suitable sales structures.

Regular analysis of the most important sales figures and implementation of optimizations.

Development of a systematic relationship management with the decision-makers of the customer clientele.

Optimization of the use of means and materials in collaboration with sales management.

Implementation and participation in additional projects as well as participation in working groups according to agreement and instructions of the sales management.

Internal assurance of sales know-how (product information, rhetoric, sales techniques).

Coordination of the training of new commercial employees (training, coaching, and leadership).

Responsibility for an active, customer-oriented, and cost-conscious behavior of all subordinates.

Development and implementation of digital tools at POS.

Securing and maintaining customer files/intranet according to specified standards.

Who You Are?

• Fundamental business education or degree and additional qualification in the dermo-cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry desirable • At least 5 years of experience as a leader in the field of sales and in the dermatological environment • Experience in personnel management • Consulting and sales skills • Good industry knowledge • Strong organizational talent, cosmetics-oriented, committed, motivated, proactive working style • Communication and contact strength • Organized, structured, and administrative working style • Confident, credible, and convincing appearance • Goal-oriented sales • Ability to think and plan strategically • Very good communication skills • High creativity, solution-oriented thinking and action, cosmetics-oriented • Enthusiasm, results orientation, flexibility, self-organization • High competence in project management and good understanding of processes, high willingness to travel • Good knowledge and skills in the use of common software programs (MS Office etc.) • Good knowledge of health policy
