Pierre Fabre Italia is looking for a young talent to join our Operations Team, to collaborate in Sales CRM maintenance, update and to support in Business Analysis.
Main activities:
Internship's objective is to enable the Trainee to acquire the basic skills for the proper management and configuration of CRM within a complex commercial organization operating in the target market with various brands.
Professional Skills Acquired at the End of the Internship:
Knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of managing a commercial CRM and Business Analysis.
Main requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of the dynamics related to the management of a commercial CRM and an ERP.Development of the ability to plan one's work.Understanding of the dynamics of activity planning in relation to the principles of urgency and importance.Ability to devise solutions to specific problems with development of reactivity.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum knowledge of using CRM platformsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong data analysis skillsAbility to design CRM solutions, automation and analysisExpertise in data extraction and queryingWritten and verbal communication skillsProblem solving
